Senocare is a care provider for the elderly and seniors in Delhi and the NCR region. They offer services such as healthcare at home, safety and home care, doctor appointments, nursing, and providing attendants.
Senocare’s vision is for a world where seniors don't have to worry about a leaking bathroom, a broken air conditioner, or the sudden unavailability of a driver. A world where the complexities of arranging lab tests, fixing household issues, renewing passports, or even visiting loved ones are seamlessly managed. With this vision, Punita Khatter built Senocare, committing to empowering seniors to live independently with dignity and ease.
Senocare came into business in January 2021. Punita wanted Senocare to be a technology-enabled company from the get-go. She wanted a software application for running Senocare’s day-to-day work. The key objectives of the software application were: - Keep accurate record of member information and their subscription status - Ensure all team members are aware of their tasks - Assign tasks to external vendors - Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of services rendered - Facilitate easy and secure financial transactions for members
Finding the Right Partner in Senior Care Services
Finding a custom solution within budget was challenging. A suitable solution would have cost Senocare approximately fifty thousand dollars. Another challenge Senocare faced with developing a custom application was time – it would have taken six to twelve months to develop the application, which would have hindered Senocare’s growth plans.
